Emerson's next race is Thursday Thunder Round 3 on June 4th.

Emerson is a 12 year-old, social 7th grader that resides in Cumming, GA. He started racing a go-kart at the age of 5 in Portland, OR. Things got more serious after moving to Dallas/Ft. Worth at age 7, and he was able to win a national championship in Micro Swift at age 9 (Stars Championship Series) in 2023. He moved to the Atlanta area at age 10, and started racing a US Legend Car in the summer of 2025, winning three races at Echo Park Speedway in the Chargers Division before moving up to Young Lions in the fall.
Aside from racing, Emerson is a social kid who loves spending time with his friends, playing football for Liberty Middle School, and golfing.

Emerson had a much better qualifying session, landing him in the dreaded fourth position. Starting from the outside is tough, especially when you have other fast drivers around you. As the race started, Emerson got hit from behind, which caused a spin and significant damage to cars in back half of the field. We were fortunate to have no damage, but there was a long delay to get the race restarted due to fluid on the track. When the race restarted, Emerson was able to keep his fourth position and get to work on moving forward. He quickly got to the bumper of P3, and the two of them were closing in on the driver in P2. Emerson tried everything he had to get past the cars in front of him, but we ultimately had to settle for P4 in the race.
The race marked the one year anniversary of Emerson's first oval race and first time in his Legend Car. We're very proud of him running at the front of a very competitive field of drivers from acrosss the nation, and we're confident that more experience will yield continuned progress.
